They avoid the danger of predators by swiftly changing direction. When flying in “sort sol” the starlings closely and efficiently coordinate and cooperate. A strong and beautiful example of the many different shapes teamwork and leadership can take.

In my work, I design and execute projects to meet customer needs, expectations and targets – while creating meaningful, intuitive and valuable solutions. I focus on making seamingly complex challenges more simple and executionable.

In managing the team, I build trust and confidence to achieve team performance. I see collective leadership as necessary to allow for growth and releasing the team potential. End target for the transformation initiative is competent team members who feel enabled to run the implemented change.
