In my work, I design and execute projects to meet customer needs, expectations and targets – while creating meaningful, intuitive and valuable solutions. I focus on making seamingly complex challenges more simple and executionable.

In managing the team, I build trust and confidence to achieve team performance. I see collective leadership as necessary to allow for growth and releasing the team potential. End target for the transformation initiative is competent team members who feel enabled to run the implemented change.
